Custom Institutional Millwork Project in the GTA
Structural millwork support and site modifications for mechanical and ceiling work
Project Overview
This project involved structural support work and millwork modifications within an institutional facility in the GTA. The primary focus was to assist ongoing mechanical and ceiling work while maintaining clean and functional conditions on site.
Scope included installing 2×12 structural members to support ceiling beams, ensuring proper reinforcement and alignment with the existing structure. In addition, existing closet millwork was selectively modified and removed to provide access for mechanical teams to complete ductwork and piping installations.
All work was completed in coordination with other trades, allowing efficient progress while maintaining structural integrity and site safety throughout the process.
